1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your item, choose the size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking through secure payment gateways. International cards are also accepted for overseas orders.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders once placed cannot be modified. You may cancel your order within 12 hours by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Dispatched within 5–7 business days.
Dispatched in 7–10 business days depending on complexity (custom finishing).
Delivery within India typically takes 2–4 business days post-dispatch.
International orders take 5–10 business days post-dispatch.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking details.
4. Can I pick up my order from the boutique?
Yes! If you prefer in-store pickup from our Kolkata boutique, reach out with your order details and we’ll coordinate accordingly.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on select products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-returnable items:
Customised or made-to-measure items, Blouses (readymade or customised), and International orders
2. How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return, email us at ichchhapuronboutique@gmail.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping label.
3. Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
4. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
PRODUCTS & CUSTOMIZATION
1. Can I customise my outfit?
Absolutely! We specialise in custom sizing, colours, and design modifications. Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your ideas and we’ll guide you through the process.
2. How do I know my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. For personalised fittings, you can also share your measurements during checkout or contact us for assistance.
3. Are the colours exactly as shown on the website?
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in colour may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences.

1. How do I get an invoice for my order?
Log in to your account on our website, go to “My Orders” and download the invoice. You can also email us at ichchhapuronboutique@gmail.com if you'd like us to send it to you.
