Description
Chandrika is a teal cotton saree hand painted with freehand alpona by an artist, on premium Dhonekhali cotton.
Dhonekhali cotton is a fine Bengal handloom cotton that is soft, light and breathable, so the saree is comfortable to wear all day. The alpona is painted entirely by hand, so the flowing motifs are one of a kind, and the colours stand out in striking contrast against the teal. It makes a real statement and a conversation starter at pujo, festive gatherings and cultural events. A blouse piece is available in the piping colour.
